The woman who took a round to her thigh looks like she was carrying around a lot of medical equipment. The footage is grainy so it's hard to tell but it looks like she pulls out a TQ from the backpack and is deploying it when the video ends. Looks like she has professional background. I dunno what the hell she was doing there.

Gangs/groups of urban youths armed with ars/aks conducting movement to contact on other groups similarly armed is NOT going to result in less gun control after all this is over. Once the Bloomberg and Gifford groups stop their attacks on the police and America in general - they will redirect their efforts to banning guns and use things like this as ammo.
