As a satisfied customer, and in reply to a few other posts above, gotta mention that altogether I actually have ten different Mastermind (original), Graith and Mastermind (new) belts in 36" and then 34" sizes (lost weight), so I have some experience with these belts, as a recent convert over the last couple years to AIWB, after thirty years of IWB CCW.

The narrow buckle apertures which make threading the belt "tight", as with the current Mastermind Specialist Pro, are a feature, not a defect.

This design aspect helps keep the belt rock-stable at whatever position you set it, so that the stability of the belt's setting doesn't depend merely upon the velcroed tail attachment, which isn't all that strong; hook and loop doesn't resist lateral shear force all that well.

If you like the belt really tight and solid, as I do, the current Mastermind stamped steel buckle is ideal.
It's intended to be a tight fit between belt edge and buckle aperture, and it's a good feature for those who appreciate the thought behind the design.
    FWIW.
"Therefore, since the world has still... Much good, but much less good than ill,
And while the sun and moon endure, Luck's a chance, but trouble's sure,
I'd face it as a wise man would, And train for ill and not for good." -- A.E. Housman

I have a couple. My only critical comment is that the tail is not substantial enough to thread through an SME. They work great with my PTD and clip on holsters.
