So, to demount the light, is that just a little spring-loaded knob, or do you need a tool?

I think what I am seeing from Olight's website - the remote switch pushes on and attaches magnetically. So the rear, metal tail, with the remote switch removed, functions as a normal pressure/clicky type switch?
In other words, I can quickly snap the light off and use it as a hand-held light, if my hand held goes dead for some reason?
What is the Country of Origin for this model?
