Apparently, it's just a reversed edge format of the Lioness -

Which is quite a bit bigger than a Clinch Pick (~3.5" cutting edge, almost 4" from the finger choil).
The name "Unzipper" suggests they envision it as a gutting knife (as a lot of reverse edge knives are used in the hunting world).
I guess one could grind the lanyard tail off of the blade and get kind of a pseudo-Super Clinch Pick.
