The 2nd Amendment mantra has penetrated to more in society than guys burying their modern sporting rifles to fight Medicare for All. Couldn't resist, that last comment.

I don't like most liberal crap, but I'm starting to be truly amazed at the rapidly devolving crap that conservatives are buying into as well. I suppose I just need to stop worrying about any of it. It's not going to get any better on either side.

I'd think a couple of days without water would be sufficient. Also shut down the cellular and internet in that locale and they will be without water, food, comms and medical. Make it a bit more intensive with constant helo surveillance, high intensity lights and lots of Southern Gospel, C&W and bluegrass music at high volume, too. Bring them to their evil knees....

I think this and The Schwartz’s ideas are great..I’ll go a bit farther.. when the time came that they decided to leave, and that would be shortly after they figure out there’s no water, electricity,gas, internet/cell service..And,the porta-potties are full and overflowing.. I would set up one exit, and one only..set it up similar to a squeeze chute for cattle..narrow it down to force them into a single file, at one point have a sliding gate go across the exit, allowing one person at a time to step out, at that point, get their ID, photograph them, fingerprint them, and get a DNA sample, and release them without charging them, those who have firearms, if they have a valid CC permit, the guns would be taken, unloaded, and returned to them, after being processed. Those who don’t have a CC permit, would have their firearms taken, and they would be given a receipt, and they could pick them up in 30 days provided they weren’t stolen or used in a crime..

What I really want to know is what the hell they mean by "community center" (their plan for the police precinct bldg in CHAZ). The only community centers I'm aware of host Lion's Club and AA meetings or pizza parties for little league soccer teams.

There are plenty of Places now in the US competing for top shit hole every day. For sure, shit hole places are growing like wild fire. My home state of Virginia has been on fast tract to be a shithole, but I am sure it will take a huge surge after the dump of BLM that has come down on us. Seattle is a disgrace. They take the top Chicken Shit award. In fact Chick Shit should be their new state flag.

I'll just assume you haven't been in Seattle lately. Shit hole can mean many things to many people. Someone who works in Seattle who has their own parking space and knocks down 300K a year probably would disagree with you. The fact is billions of dollars are being spent every year in Seattle for new construction. More tower cranes downtown than any other city in the US for the past 3 years. If it was a shit hole the money wouldn't be pouring into the city like a river. I know all of this because a good friend of mine runs a concrete pump for heavy construction. He spends most of his time in downtown Seattle.



I used to live there but I didn't care for their politics, even back in the 90's, so I moved out. The Capital Hill area is just a small area in the city and really doesn't have much to do with anything that goes on west of I-5. It's mostly apartments for people that work downtown.

Agreed they have a yuge problem with homeless people, traffic, drugs, high taxes, a housing crisis and some other things I can't think of off hand, but what large US city doesn't?

I can't find a credible report of anyone running around all kitted up in the CHAZ/CHOP/CHOAD. I would assume, particularly based upon the Twitter account of the Pudget Sound John Brown Gun Club, that there are some folks carrying, but if there is armor and long guns, they are being extraordinarily discreet about it, packed away in cars or maybe shorties in backpacks. Even then, I've watched every video of actually inside the CH** I can find, and there don't even seem to be obvious dudes with Oakleys, or velcro operator caps, or coyote boots. So, if some boys are playing super secret undercover Delta guy, they are actually doing a great job grey manning it.

"Security", as it stands, seems to be the normal assortment of folks milling about who shout and surround suspected interlopers, with a lot of folks urging calm and de-escalation, with a couple young guys who engage in tough guy posturing, typical Friday night bar stuff, chest stuck out, arms thrown back kinda thing.
