We have to pay a premium for stuff in California. It is hard to get stuff in the state, but I love the fact that they sold out so quickly. It is just more people subverting the system. I am out as soon as I can retire or maybe on a 50/50 model if I find the right place before retirement happens.
I am glad to see that they are out there again and 950ish sounds about right. 1300 is too much for me, but luckily I picked a few when they were fairly cheap.
I can think of plenty other AR15s I'd rather spend money on than a 16" carbine gas system......

I know I'm living in 2007, but a 6920 should be 750-800 bucks out there in the world.
I'm not spending BCM/Noveske/Daniel Defense/Geissele/Sionics money on a frickin' Colt.
I know at least one other place where anyone can order online but only only LE/MIL/FFL can enter and "browse" as they aren't really set up as a retail establishment.
