These blems may or may not have cannelures, which in this instance assists in binding jacket to lead. Loaded as wadcutters into .357 brass and with a powder charge of 4.0 Bullseye, they would achieve about 900fps from a 4 inch barrel. Or, if the bullet were seated out as are other bullets, this might indeed be a big performer. One word of caution, though, is those examples lacking cannelures might run the risk of jacket/bullet separation even though the ends are crimped.
