Yep, the Turnstyle 20 v2.0. I saw it in the Instagram post in this thread, many pages back.

Glad to hear it fits well.

I got a Rattler last week…almost pulled the trigger many times on a MK18 and other similar DI pistols over the last 6-9 months. Really glad I went this route instead.

I have my old H1 in a larue QD mount, forget the nomenclature. I put a couple of magazines in a magpul maglink coupler, but it makes it pretty unwieldy. I may try it with just a 20 in the gun, and a holosun up top, just to keep it lower profile. I’m not saying anything new in this 3.5 year old thread, but it does seem to be a true blend of an M4 and a Krinkov, with the better aspects of both platforms. Even the round is a 5.56 case with a bullet very close in dimension to the original AK round.

I’m considering doing a form 1, putting the HK style telescoping stock on it, and getting one of the new 11.5 LT uppers. Total package.

I hemmed and hawed for over a year, but ended up with a pair of them - one in .300 BLK, and a second in 5.56 that cost only slightly more than the value of the lower. I then picked up two more complete uppers, a 9 .300 and a 11.5 5.56. A .22LR conversion lives in the 5.5 5.56 upper most of the time. Both lowers are now Form 1ed.

Ive tried most of the SIG stocks and keep coming back to the minimalist when in Rattler configuration and the original folding/telescoping with the 9 and 11.5 uppers.

They have proven to be great rifles for me.

I got the Turnstyle the other evening....mine is an extremely tight fit with a folded SB Tactical brace, which adds about an inch or so to the total length. I have to kind of shoehorn it in there, and getting it out is awkward, since it only fits with the barrel oriented "Up" in the bag, so when you sling the bag around to the front, the fire control group presents on your left side, the barrel on the right, so I have to draw it left-handed, basically. Not a deal breaker, I wasn't expecting a quick-draw rig, it does the job, and it's a nice bag regardless. I need to go back and watch the IG reel to see how guy was doing it.

Cliff notes? I dont get much from video, and find them a waste of time unless they supply a transcript.

Cliff notes version is Sig took input from the military users of the original Rattler to improve the product and also make components interchangeable with other MCX long guns.

Thank you! I know the old Rattlers like mine were slightly deviated from the normal MCX ecosystem, the gas system if I recall. Im still enjoying mine tremendously.

For an enthusiastic rattler owner, I think if you put this video on 1.5 speed, it is well worth the investment to see what they are up to with improvements.
