If you find a contractor that wants to use staples on comp, find another contractor.

Jeezus. That's some active weather. Dispos-A-roof. The rule of thumb here is 20 years...... if you have it nailed. Wind will destroy a stapled roof.

Whatcha' got? I've been selling roofing for 25 years and have done a bunch myself.
How much harder is it to install a metal roof versus standard shingles? I would rather do the roof once and be finished with it. Thanks
