The last two alone make them worth owning.
That’s what I was getting at, but didn’t communicate as well on the last page. They’re definitely cool and mine are going nowhere. But it’s a bit of a different animal. But a can of rem-oil and you should be good. Periodically lubricate and you should be solid. Clean it off before retracting, etc. stuff you should do with any knife but have to do with an OTF.

I've never handled one. The overall design looks solid. From what I've read, Hogue measures up well against other top tier production OTFs (Microtech, Benchmade, and Guardian). Devil's in the details especially with OTFs, so I'd like to hear from someone with hands on experience.

I’ve got friends I don’t deserve. Microtech en route from a good friend, but fuck him, I’m surprising him with two Milwaukee power tools instead of one.

I have two but nothing like Clusterfrack's high dollar jobs. My wife hid both because I play with them too much.

Literally 30 minutes after I ordered another Screwpop Ron's Utility Knife 3.0 because mine was lost, Mrs. CF located it stuck to the inside of the dryer drum. "Is this knife magnetic?" Yep. A small but powerful magnet retains the blade when the locking bar is raised.

It appears that they even advertise the magnet as a feature, allowing you to store it in various locations. Something that now has me considering one (?some?).

I've been looking for the "right" Hera for awhile now, finally found a good one. All black, SE, Frag handle. Hopefully here by the weekend.
