    New Signature Series Combat Troodon Warhound arrived today. And a comparison pic with my Frag Hera. That's a DLC'd Microtech Kyroh Mini propping up the CT.

    Same. They're a couple hundred dollar premium over a standard CT. But life's short and sometimes thinking something is bad ass is enough of a reason.

    How do you like the Hera? Specifically compared to the Combat Troodon?

    The Hera is probably my favorite knife ever. I prefer mid size guns and knives. The CT is more of a novelty piece for me. I think it's cool. It will get carried a handful of times a year. The Hera is in the Troodon/UTX-85 size range, which is about perfect for me. I also strongly prefer the handle shape and the pocket clip is way better than a standard MT clip.

    Thank you. I like the length of Ultratech but this “height” just feels tiny in my hand.

    Scarab II is beastly but initial impressions are very positive. Easter to actuate that my Ultratechs.
