77 Nosler CC Fragmentation

Anybody know what the minimum velocity for fragmentation of the current Nosler 77 OTM CC is? I believe it was reported to frag at a slower speed than the 77 SMK.

Nosler does not list a minimum impact velocity for reliable expansion for the Custom Competition HPBT because it is a match rather than a hunting bullet but based on similar heavy OTM bullets I would guess not less than 2150-2300 feet per second.
