Source: 4 year career in optician, management. With the kind of lenses you'd want in them (polarized polycarbonate) I'd guess north of $250, plus margins. And that's the cheap estimate.

Looks like they're just Oakley's attempt to make classically styled glacier glasses. Rather just stick with actual classics.
