Oh hell yeah, that's exactly what I need to clear my hearing aids.

I wore my Sordin's with the standard non-gel cups at a 8 hour basic pistol class and made the tops of my ears sore having them bent over the hearing aid.

Yes, I have the @Noisefighters on my MSA Sordins. Fit with both earpro (Elvex) and eye glasses is better than the standard MSA gel cups.
