Live right down the road from where this took place. The wreckage went for quite a ways down the road. Pretty wild.
I will add that a pretty large intersection was right down the road and the 4 lane highway was about to end. I am clueless about proper maneuvers for high speed chases being a civilian. Glad he was stopped before others were hurt though.
