    Glock 19 Gen 5 - Carry/travel
    S&W M2.0 Shield - Smaller Carry
    Ruger LCP - Pocket Carry

I haven't disrupted this general arrangement in 2-3 years except to swap out the 19 Gen 5 for an M2.0 Compact 4" 9mm that has been relegated to backup (for the accuracy upgrade). And any time I want to buy something, it's purely for fun/curiosity at this point, nothing disrupts those 4 carry guns or that 80% of my range time goes to them. I honestly can't think of any reason to change it...ever, or at least for a long time. At most I might do incremental upgrades like an LCP II or a Gen 5 17, but even those, probably not. These 4 guns work, I trust them, and I do well with them. There's no reason not to lock them in.
Wait - What!? There's a "home defense gun" category?

Dammit why did not one tell me this.

(Kidding, Much wisdom in this thread about paring stuff to the essentials. But it is fun to shoot new guns, that's for sure. )

The logic of this is ineluctable. I shall pitch this to The Boss.

    2. LTT P4x Full size with NP3
    3. Archon Type B... I know, I know but the thing intrigued me.

I could almost buy BOTH a P4x and the Archon for the price of a full Langdonized 92.
If I remember correctly, either on here or in a YouTube video, Ernest Langdon said out of the Beretta 92, PX4 Storm Full-size, and PX4 Storm Compact, he shoots the compact best. That's what I would go with.

If I was willing to spend $1500-2000, I would probably get a Wilson Combat Beretta 92 (but I am not, so I would go with something from Langdon Tactical).

In the last few months, I haven't touched any handguns that aren't:

    CZ P-07
    CZ Shadow 2

I could be happy with just those.

I carry a LTT compact 92 with carry bevel and Spartans every day. She handles and shoots virtually identically to my full-size LTTs with the same sights, trigger job, and hammer spring that I use for practice and matches (remember those ?) . I’m extremely pleased with them.

Thread drift. As a word nerd, I wanted to say thanks for placing ineluctable back into my consciousness!
