    Couldn't resist--picked up an 870 express.

    Nostalgia.
    Americana.
    Adventure of a Remington product
Didn't have a hunting or trap gun.
I have a "thing" for cheap pump shotguns.
    $299.

I have only unboxed it, cleaned and lubed it. However the last time I had an 870 express was circa 2009. It was god awful in finish and fit. It ran "ok". This one seems to be much better made.

I've sold some knives during the self imposed exile, and thus far have used a portion of the funds for a soon to arrive G26 Gen 5 with Ameriglo Bolds.

No imminent need for ammo, though more is always better...so, we shall see on that front.

If I really wanted to go nuts, I'd buy a 3rd G26 to satisfy the "one to carry, one for training, and one in reserve" mantra...but I've not yet reached that level of commitment. (I still have a G19 and G17 to back up the two 26s if need be.)

I know there's an upcoming Spyderco on my radar...but not sure when it will be released.
There's nothing civil about this war.

    My purchases in Quarantine:

    - Glock 17 Gen 5 MOS
    - New high-end gaming PC
    - Lots of video games and movies
    - Some socks, shirts, and tie clips
    - A truly shameful amount of delivery food

And now I need a mattress.

And then it's time to buy nothing for the rest of the year because holy shit.

I upgraded my generator, propane tank, and transfer switch.
Westinghouse WGEN 7500 DF. Went to a 250 gallon propane tank. A GenerLink transfer switch

The aftermath of Michael with its 28 day power outage in this area was not a good thing.

    Is the generator propane powered?

@rd62 Yes. Dual fuel. Gas or propane. I run on propane.

    More reloading stuff.

Reloading may turn out to be a real “thing” with me. I’m enjoying it a lot.

Yeah, even though we have just corresponded here and have never met FTF, I am very confident stating that reloading will mesh with your personality. It is just fun tweaking stuff, and when you are done you get to look at a shiny pile of ammo goodness
