    Does 300 blackout offer much better performance than a 5.56mm or .223 on the "list"? For humans anyway?

    Yes. Performance increases as the cost of the ammo goes up. 300 blk is 33% better.

    Not necessarily, but it depends on a variety of parameters--intermediate barriers, barrel length, range, specific load, etc...

    Anyone have a sense of how short a barrel you can go with the 110gr TTSX and still get acceptable terminal ballistics? Hornady says 6.75" for the GMX, but I haven't had any luck finding numbers for the TTSX. Use case would be <100 yds.
