I received my JM Custom Kydex IWB holster for H&K P30S today and it looks like it'll work fine.

It isn't so much the fingernail-size slot to reach the paddle magazine releases, but the inability to press down to actually release it if you don't use your fingernail. The inset material that forms the trigger/guard cover also creates a shelf that doesn't move, so that you have to use your fingernail to activate the lever. I like it.
