Replacing the thick spacer with a very thin one in my JMCK G19 mag carrier made it fit nearly perfectly. I'll try to take a pic later.

I think the nicest pouch I've found currently on the market is JM Custom Kydex's Version 2.

I have a version 2 and a aiwb from JM. Fits factory and S15 mags.

The issue with kydex, is combined with a 43X, makes a nearly Glock 19 magazine sized package. I typically either carry a spare, or spares, for the 43X in my left front pocket or in an elastic AIWB pouch. Otherwise the spare mag prints more than the pistol.
