    Midlevels here have not been fitted for the N95s. The anticipatory shortages, prioritization, etc. The PAPRs and N95 has been allocated to ED, ICU, the new COVID19 floor, and all emergent services (cath lab, trauma, stroke) where time sensitive nature of response prevents in-depth triaging or isolation of patients for SARS-CoV2.

    PPE shortage is hitting here pretty hard too. County hospital MICU has been burning through gowns and masks with COVID r/o patients. Because it takes 5 days to get results back, all are treated as presumptive positives, which led to rapid depletion of PPE stocks. Going to be pretty ugly in the near future...
