    I know there can be attacks but do mountain lions "typically" avoid people?

    I’m pretty sure most cougars avoid people, but encounters seem to be more common. And they are choosing humans as prey.

    My night time encounter in December 2019 made me glad I had a P-07 vs a SP101.
