That's harsh. Nike is not a nice company. My wife was taking a computer science class and they took the class to Nike to see the operation. Well, she and a friend wandered off tour at the end and ran into a security uproar as they were in 'secret' land. They were not pleasant.
Nike is primarily a design-house, as I understand they sub-contract out their manufacturing. As such, I can understand how their intellectual property development areas would be "secret" stuff.
