PPQ or 320?

Which type, and what is the purpose you are thinking about? Both range from small carry models to metal framed competition joys.

standard polymer with 4" bbl.

Both have good triggers, but Walther is known for great triggers. Walther PPQs tend to be a bit more top snappy on recoil.
I think PPQ rear sights are windage crew adjustable, which is beneficial.

I have to hold my nose to say this since I'm not the biggest Sig guy, but of those 2 I'd probably choose the 320. Walther is nicebut the P320 is likely to have much larger/wider aftermarket support.

My preference at this point is to a P320, it's maturing nicely, and there's great modularity/options. Try both, though. Best, Jon

So this is just a gun for range use, right?

If so, you could probably flip a coin. If aftermarket stuff is a consideration, SIG will have more stuff to choose from.
