    I had McDaniel II's for both a Glock 17/22 and a Kahr K40 in black. Both were outstanding, and the black dye did not transfer to clothing. Sam uses some kind of holster finish wherein your sweat does not soak into the holster. When I ordered in 2002, he told me on the phone that he carried a Sig P220 in Florida. I personally never experienced a soaked holster.

    I snagged a ready-made McDaniel II for my Commander at Christmas time. It's my 1st choice if I'm going leather over kydex for IWB.

    It's a mixture of Karma parts (holster and magazine carrier) and new parts (harness and tiedown).

    I had one just like that back in the day, when I carried a 1911. I quickly ditched the tie-down though. I found it far more comfortable without it.
