Alpha Guardian (Cannon/Stack-On/GunVault) Has Filed a Chapter 11 Petition

Filed in Nevada. Far more liabilities than assets (5-10 times based on the petition), so it might be a sell-off if it doesn’t reorganize.

Might be a good time to call and see how warranties will be affected, if they can issue spare keys, etc.
Well, you may be a man. You may be a leprechaun. Only one thing’s for sure… you’re in the wrong basement.

Alpha Guardian, the parent company of Cannon Safe, Stack-On Products, and GunVault USA has filed for bankruptcy protection. In the Chapter 11 filing in U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Las Vegas, the company listed assets of “up to $50 million” and debt of as much as $500 million.
I doubt they will give a rip about anyone's spare key right now.

Now I see why they were blowing RSCs out for crazy prices over the holidays.
