Probably in Wyoming. I was mostly referring to farmers. We have lots of those here in this state. I keep up on the politics. Farmers here were cut off from their markets in the tariff war. Some get Trumps welfare but not all. It's based on acreage and you need a lot of that to qualify. Consequently 47% of the money that came to WA went to 10% of the farmers in this state. Farm bankruptcies in the US have tripled since 2015. Anyway you look at it, it's a bailout not unlike what Bush did with the GM and Chrysler. The only difference is the gov't got some of that money back. That won't happen here.
