    PF Gamer Equipment Survey

I know that there has been an excellent carry gun survey on PF in the past. Would anyone be interested in a gamer equipment survey for this forum? I can't guarantee that I can put together something as nice as the carry survey but I think I can put something together to show some basic information.

If this is something you would like to see what kind of data do you think I should collect?
    Obvious stuff:

    Gun Manufacturer
    Model
    Holster
    Belt
    Mag Pouches

    Anything else?

Not so obvious stuff. This one is more difficult because there are so many options and many of us shoot more than one sport. And on further reflection, it might be easier to just do a separate survey for each sport.
Sport of Choice (Steel Challenge, USPSA, IDPA, IPSC, and ???)
    Division
    Classification?

If this is a dumb idea just say so. I have think skin and I put this in the general forum for a reason.

This is all dependent on the head shed @LittleLebowski giving the thumbs up and me finding the time to do it.

TBH - I thought this thread was going to be a discussion of Console vs. PC gaming.

My gamer rig is an customized 2011. Holster is a modified Safariland. Mag pouches are...a good question and so is the belt...I gotta double check. They work and that's really all I care about.

My sport is USPSA at the Club Level, I only get to shoot it a couple of times a year at this point and I haven't run a qualifier stage in three+ years. Which makes me lame and unqualified at this point.

My gaming rig is a PS4. I'm sort of done playing the PC Game race. Though I would love to build a solid racing simulator with multiple axes of rotation etc for E-Racing. But it seems unlikely that I'll get a chance to do that anytime soon.

    Wait, wait, wait...

Are you saying folks aren’t competing with what they carry day to day?

I shoot mostly Steel Challenge or some variation. I try to rotate among 3 guns so that I never get too good with any particular one.
S&W 986 revolver presently with an SRO. I have a love/hate relationship with the gun but damn, it's fast.
Dan Wesson Valor V-Bob with Ed Brown tritium sights because iron sights and 1911 trigger.
HK P30L LEM with RMR since it's my nightstand gun and I want to remain proficient.
Blade Tech belt and holsters and a Dale Fricke for my HK to accommodate the red dot.
    Real guns have hammers.

Never! They're obviously using a backup gun.
