A couple days ago I found myself in need of a black gun belt to wear with a suit, on short notice. Old one no longer fits with a tuckable holster. I paid for 2 day shipping but sent them an email hoping they could actually process/ship it that day. Was delivered on day two with a handwritten note. That ki d of customer service matters to me.

One component of truly great customer service is actually liking and caring about your customers. Brad gets it in a way that cannot be measure with MBA data. I also am sorry for your loss. I work a local LGS/Range and I've noticed that guns punctuate a lot of life. Some days I feel more like a counselor than an arms dealer. It's gotten dusty a few times in the store when people tell me why they are buying or selling a gun.

Top Gun Supply was my go to company when Sig Sauer wouldn't return my calls for simple parts for a P320 service kit I had to build as part of my certified armorer responsibilities.

Fast, helpful, and cheaper than Sig ....even with my armorer discount. I ordered a lot of small parts and they sent everything fast with 100 percent accuracy.

Another satisfied customer. TGS is one of the few companies that stocks replacement loops for Milt Sparks holsters. I have ordered more than a few replacement Kydex tuckable loops; on order, only a single loop was in the package. A quick phone call and another loop was on its way to me.
