That's the box it came out of. Trying to sort out who makes it now. Used to be S&B, but now it's in a new box with this headstamp and "made in USA". It's loaded fairly hot, especially for house branded ammo.

    Discussed on BENOS.

People in that thread thought it to be made by Olin/Win.

I think I saw that thread in my search, but it wasn't entirely definitive. I'd tend to agree, quite possibly. The box is very reminiscent of what little Winchester 9mm I've bought. it's pretty hot for house branded ammo.

Definitely not Armscor. They make Monarch for Academy, and while it goes bang, and is fairly accurate, it ends there. Inconsistently loaded, and probably the dirtiest ammo I've ever seen. Plus it is made in the Philippines. Stamped A USA.

    Total blue-sky speculation.

Precision One has used Starline brass in it's own ammo, sometimes with the Starline headstamp and sometimes with a custom Precision One headstamp. It's conceivable that PO would bite on a contract to supply Cabela's a house brand line using a variant of Starline brass headstamp. Might check details on the packaging, see if there's a city or something.

Nothing of any real use on the box.

Not that it means a whole lot, but Bass Pro's website gives a mfr muzzle velocity of 1190, which is the same as WWB 115 gr.

Mind you, the WWB chonoed significantly under that, where the Herter's as at least in the ballpark. (~1115 fps vs ~1170 fps)

Try pulling a few of each bullet and see if they appear to be the same. Profile, base, diameter, etc. See if the powder looks the same or different. Powder looking the same doesn't tell you it's the same, but powder looking different tells you it's different.

The Browning 124-grain hardball I got in 150-round boxes from Academy has the same headstamp.
