    Thank you guys for the recommendations to try. I am a regular patron of the Pepper Palace. I've spent a small fortune there. The "Yellow Tamoshanter" will wake up the taste buds.

    My favorite of the basic vinegar/cayenne type sauces. Damn this stuff is good, as are all of the Slap 'ya Mama spices. But then, I am a simple man...

    My usual hot sauce if Jardine's Texas Champagne.
    I can't tolerate the real hot stuff. The Jardine's has a good
    amount of heat and works well on eggs.
    Also gets put in chili and other dishes.
