Nice review. What knife is that, and what's the cost on the holster?

In his earlier review of the Keeper, BaiHu quoted $150.

    Holster is $150.

Knife is a 5" Bud Nealy Aikuchi. It belonged to an old friend passed away.

The extra matter on the sheath is a piece of an insole duct taped on for increased comfort.

The amateurish but functional cord wrap was done by me.

My understanding is that a few Keepers have made it through the testing of ECQC. I'll be taking my copy through that class in October.

I have some larger foam that I can send you, I just dont normaly send it out as the large wege is fine for most folks.

Yes there have been several of the "Keeper" though ECQC and Southnarc is running the "Keeper" as well in fact the name is to his credit.

I want to know this too. Always on the look out for a better holster for my Glock 26.

If you don't mind could you give you hieght / wieght and how the comfort level is for long periods of sitting with that G34. I have been kicking around the idea of using my G34 for carry.

    Thanks.

    Sure.

    I'm 5'11" and 175lbs. I'm a little overweight right now - at 10% body fat I weigh about 150lbs.

I originally started carrying a G17 AIWB and it was totally comfortable. G34 is very slightly less comfortable, but it's really no hardship for me, so I do it. I can bend down, squat, touch the floor, tie my shoes, etc., with either the G17 or G34 AIWB without difficulty. The slimness of the Keeper is a boon. By being slim, I think it maximizes whatever level of comfort a person is going to have carrying AIWB, with whatever size gun they are using.

One nice thing about the longer barrel of the G34 AIWB is that it is less able to point at my junk than with a shorter barreled gun.
