Has anyone seen the optics ready VP9 yet? I’m not familiar with the strengths and weaknesses of the plate mounting options out there, but would be interested to hear your perspectives on this iteration from HK.

It seems silly to be running production lines for both the Super GP100, and the old school Redhawk.

I don’t expect much out of SHOT but so far the following have my extreme interest.

Kahles K18i 1-8, I’d like to pair this with a Fix in 8.6 whenever that happens.
Safariland 7TS RDS holsters, fucking FINALLY, still waiting on the VUBL.
Cloud Defensive REIN and REIN micro, just waiting on handhelds and pistol lights next.
Unity Tactical ATOM 2.0, open source free license, I’ll have it done to everything I own.

No I haven't. I'm sure NH (or any other vendor) assumes that I will see an interesting teaser on IG and investigate further. Nope, I just wait until someone digs up the dirt for me. I'm interested, but not enough to research myself

The trigger pack looks great though. Anything that makes the 1911 more user serviceable is a win, in my book. This pack, and another pre-fit barrel and extractor, and your 1911 could be kept running for a loooong time.
