Thread: What to do with an old Surefire X200?

  1. #11
If you generally run an X300U or so forth on your main gun, you could keep the X200 around for FOF work\etc, for commonality; this, without having to exchange lights or risk damage to the main light.

Or, see what these folks can do with it: https://www.oveready.com/flashlight/...fire-x300u-v5/

I bought 3 lights this year. A Streamlight TLR-1 HL, another Surefire X300U, and a Streamlight TLR-7A with the high switch. My first weapon light: Insight MX3, I gave it to a co-worker for use in the house. I bought it when it was suppose to blind your adversary and it was a whopping 90 lumens.

I'm in the same boat with a 1st gen TLR1. I've concluded that I need an SF DG switch for a pistol-mounted like to work for me, and Streamlight's version doesn't cut it.

I just found three of them, plus an old tlr-1.

Only thing I could come up with was using them as bike lights for the family, but I just bought everyone new bike lights so...

I'm keeping mine to show the evolution. Heck, that diamond-shaped beam is pretty cool. I also throw on blue guns for training.

A few years (several?) back I sold the 6v Classic that had been on my 1911 waayyy back. Last year I had to hunt around & find one.

If you still have an X200, how much would you want for it? Thanks!

Do you still have the x200 with the diamond pattern head?
