    Speaking of new Colts, have we done this Cobra variant yet?

    DLC, classic styled wood grips, brass bead FS, standard hammer:




    Possibly the best looking one so far, IMHO.

    While cool in a retro kind of way, those style grips are awkward as hell to shoot IMO.

    I don’t know if it pulls it off or not but I like it. Just add grip adapter.

    They still need to do the correct variant of this: ALLOY frame, +P rated, DAO, bobbed hammer, finish choices.

    Agreed. My night Cobra is one of my all-time favorite revolvers; the only thing that would make it better is if I had two of them, and one was alloy-framed.

    Seconded. I would buy one if available and reasonably priced and possibly a steel frame one as a practice gun.
