Black Hills does a scabbard, and Rudy said he can do it for a Python and that it works well for large revolvers. Ordered.
I really like Hogue wood grips, but they are so variable I think I’d want to see them first.

Looks like Colt is coming out with a defensive oriented Python variant. What looks interesting to me is the "redesigned rear sight". I can't tell from the description if they actually improved the sight, or if they just changed the frame itself, which would may mean the new variant is incompatible with aftermarket rear sights?
I’ve been able to handle a couple of the newest Pythons, and Colt was able to fit a rear sight that doesn’t move around in the frame. It retains the annoying little allen screw, so the WC sights still has an advantage over Colt’s latest. It’s still a great step in the right direction.
