Jeez, it's like everything you know about the Air Force is from an urban legend. First off, we don't wear shower shoes since we all have private on-suite bathrooms that are cleaned daily by housekeeping, and secondly nap time is after elevensies. The daily schedule is breakfast at 8am (optional), 2nd breakfast at 930, elevensies at 11, naptime, lunch at 12:30, luncheon at 1400, afternoon tea at 1600, dinner at 1730, and supper at 2000.
At some point in there we do exactly 15 minutes of work
