FWIW, if Brownells allows you to backorder the item (looks like these are able to be backordered) they honor the sale price and if applicable, free shipping when the backorder comes in.
(I think the only time they don't allow a backorder is when they're not sure if they're ever going to be able to stock the product again... just speculating, but they allow backorders to be placed on a LOT of stuff)
