Finger grooves developed by Karl Nill are okay.

So, a P30/VP9 or actual Nill grips, like the SW39s I have on my Combat Magnum.

Otherwise no, the Glock ones are uncomfortable to me.

Glock ones fit me poorly enough that I’d like to remove them from my Gen4s that aren’t available as Gen5s.

After I filed them down on my 17-4, I regretted it, thinking I should just learn the gun and not what I thought the gun should be. Slave to fashion? Perhaps. I can't say I shoot the pistol better without the finger grooves tho I think aspects of my shooting are improving. I think because it's a process of practice and attention tho, not the lack of finger grooves.

My fingers don't actually sit in the grooves. They sit across them at an angle which results in blisters during high round count training.

I feel the same way about the 26. I made the mistake of removing the finger grooves off my old Gen4 and regretted it until I sold it. Its the only 9mm Glock that if I bought another one today would be a Gen3 not a Gen5.

Exactly what I’m looking for. Are you doing these commercially? I’m not seeing anything in your profile.

    Finger Groove Removal

    Unload the weapon
Make sure the weapon is unloaded
    Field strip the weapon
Using blue or green paint tape, tape off the areas of the grip that you ARE NOT sanding down

Put the frame in a vise between two paperback books

    Technique 1
using strips of increasing grits of sandpaper-50/100/400/800, shoeshine stroke the grooves off going low and slow.

    Technique 2
Using a dremel tool, remove about 50% of the finger grooves first, then use 1 above

    Technique 3
Using a dremel tool, remove about 95% of the finger grooves first, then use 1 above

The dremel will take off material quickly. The dremel can generate enough heat to burn a hole through the frame. Be very careful using the dremel.

    FWIW/YMMV Greatly.

PS-if you have any doubt re using the dremel or if you have never used a dremel before on polymer, just use Technique #1.
