Not necessarily. I would be more excited about a 10mm gen5 or a Glock 46 being for sale. But I am a simple man and already have ar15s and MCXs.
10-round 10mm for backpacking.
As much as I'm hoping for Gen5 .45 ACP pistols, I don't think that's a big enough part of their market to make the juice worth the squeeze with this ad campaign.
I'm still thinking carbine, or .22LR dedicated trainers.
And I completely agree, Glock could drop their lineup to the G43, 43X, 19, 45, and 34 and STILL outsell all their competitors combined (maybe Sig will catch up some day).
