It's cool, but if you spend any time around good drywall guys those skills are commonplace. Notice I said "good".. there are plenty of hacks out there, just as there were in this guy's day and age.
Cordless screw guns, good knife skills and roto-zips are the modern way. Oh, and flexible drywall too. Nobody misses nail pops years later.
He should haul up to Las Colinas. He’d have the new McDonalds done in a day
