I expect Bloomberg to win both the nomination and the general election. I think the media will slew behind him hard, and I think he can pose convincingly as a populist because he doesn't have the stain of congress. I think public opinion is entirely driven by the media and the media is NYC-centric.
The DNC will look at all of that money and seriously consider Bloomberg as a potential candidate. He could easily drop a billion into his campaign. Unlike Trump, who said he had 10 billion, Bloomberg actually has it about 5 times over.I'm glad that Bloomberg is running. He should really resonate with the residents of 4-6 major US cities

I might note that Hillary's campaign outspent Trump's campaign about 2/1 and they still lost.
