Not really a theme song, but a group.
Reckless Kelly is unique.
1952 Vincent Black Lightning has always been a favorite:

A little history:
The 4 Braun Brothers grew up in Custer County Idaho which is pretty remote country and where my cabin is. They grew up without TV, so they played musical instruments, and as kids of musicians ended up on Johnny Carson WAY back in the day. When they grew up the 4 brothers formed two bands, Reckless Kelly, and Micky and the Motorcars. Now they are mostly based in Austin TX, around the Hick Rock/Red Dirt music scene, but they come home every year for a family music festival that has been going on for around 30 years or so. The Braun Brothers Reunion swells the town of Challis ID's population of about 1,000 to around 3,000+ and more each year.
Lots of bands and musicians end up coming and playing.
If you want to see a tiny bit of my favorite stomping grounds, (at least from the highway) this video was filmed in Custer County along the Salmon River, and clips from the music festival, with shots of the family.
Here is Micky and the Motorcars:

Cross Canadian Ragweed, now broken up, to become Cody Canada and the Departed, plays every year, along with his son.

It is "Hick Rock" at its best.
Lots of people travel up from Texas for the festival. You get an interesting mix of cowboys, loggers, granolas/hippies, bikers, river rafters, and whatever else thrown in the mix. Always a good time.
