The SL locks up far better than the K. And by the time you add a mlok QD socket, the K looses it's weight advantage.

The MFT locked up tight, but I didn't like the QD location or the open toe. It hung up on my shirt/jacket too much.
Any reason you'd prefer the SL over the CTR? The CTR is lighter, and seems like "more" of a stock. Also, the locking might be a little more solid, at least for a few years.

Never used a CTR, only handled one. I feel like the SL is an incremental improvement on the older CTR. Plus, the SL locked up equally tight, with one less lever to fiddle with.

I don’t much love for the Crane/LMT SOPMOD, or the B5 knockoff? I haven’t found anything with a better cheek weld, I sometimes use the storage, other times not. I realize in terms of hotness it’s many years removed, but it’s a solid stock with good merits.

I have an iMod and it's fine, haven't had the issues with it ripping out hair from my beard.

I more wanted to post regarding rattling stocks: my iMod rattled, so I put a piece of packing tape on the receiver extension. 5+ years later, it's still there and the stock is still rattle free.

I've never thought the stock to be one of them. Perhaps I'm simply not educated enough, or am of an "old school" train of thought with regards to stocks.
Personally, I want a stock to have the following features...

    1) Rubber Recoil Pad
    2) QD Mount for Sling

After that, whatever is lightest and cheapest. I could care less about storage compartments. For my dollar, the B5 Bravo and Magpul CTR are winners.

I also use some of the older school LMT SOPMOD stocks. I don't feel the need to upgrade them, though I don't use the storage and there are lighter options. It's a stock.
