I wouldn’t tinker with any new product, gun or not, that costs over $100 without first giving the manufacturer a chance to repair or replace it. And by “chance” I mean at least reaching out to them, email and phone if email is unsuccessful, and seeing what they say.

Some say, and I agree that CZ pistols are over sprung. I run a box of +p+ ammo through new ones. If they have stoppages with hot ammo, then I would be certain that the pistol has a problem.

My similar experience with an SP-01 Tactical here:

TL;DR That gun went back to CZ twice with a touch of CS hassle, then was reliable for a couple thousand, then issues crept back in and I sold the gun.

Unfortunate as I really liked how the gun felt and shot, but ultimately I couldn't trust it.

    A few thoughts:

My OAL for round nose bullets in CZs is 1.11”, but my guns feed all factory rounds I’ve tried.

I do not use 115gr loads. I don’t like anything about them. Its not a good sign that you are also getting jams with 124s. Your description isn’t consistent with a too-long round anyway.

You probably need to talk with CZ-USA.

My SP-01 TAC has run perfect from day 1. CZ has excellent customer service. Call them and let them take care of it.

BTW I was just in Czech, and I saw military guards at the Prague Castle with SP-01 Tacticals and Scorpion Evo SBRs. They have a fun job: every hour they get to shove crowds of mostly Asian tourists out of the way during changing of the guard.
