I have to agree. It took an unusual event to permit its reading,e.g time away from work and kids, but it was well worth it. I was not familiar with Sanford Levinson, or his article on and analysis of the 2nd Amendment. It is not necessarily light reading, but it was excellent. I would enjoy an updated “post-Heller” iteration.

In addition to reading District of Columbia v. Heller, 554 U.S. 570 (2008), should one wish to better understand the substantial arguments supporting the “individual right” interpretation 2d Amendment, this is a great resource. Thanks for sharing!
