It's a live version recorded in the Alhambra in Andalusia, Spain. I've been exactly there but not at this beautiful concert.
Some cities in Germany still have Celtic words in their name. For example, here is a river called "Ahr" - derived from Celtic "aha" which just means "water" - and a city "Ahrweiler" at this river.
