When I was a kid, we had to take music lessons. My brother had a clarinet, I had a trumpet. Between the glass-shattering squeaks of his clarinet and the foghorn-style blarings of my trumpet, it was a wonder that my mother didn't take up drinking. The rule was we had to practice as soon as we got home from school. It wasn't until much later that I realized that saved my father from having to listen to either one of us.
If we have to march off into the next world, let us walk there on the bodies of our enemies.
After looking up Rhiannon Giddens from the "I Miss Music Like This" thread, I got ahold of her first solo album from the public library. It contained this particular gem, recorded originally in 1961 by Patsy Cline, and written by Hank Cochran.
Ms. Giddins does it very well indeed.
"If I ever needed to hunt in a tuxedo, then this would be the rifle I'd take." - okie john
"Not being able to govern events, I govern myself." - Michel De Montaigne

As a great amendment to Skyfall:
The movie was filmed there in Glen Coe. The music is also very beautyful.
PS:
And one more song by Adele played on violin and piano.

I'm on a tear, and this woman can flat sing.
Compare to a good live version from the original (and never yet duplicated) artist, Edith Piaf from 1954:
"If I ever needed to hunt in a tuxedo, then this would be the rifle I'd take." - okie john
"Not being able to govern events, I govern myself." - Michel De Montaigne
Another nice rendition with a Billie Holiday like inflection...
And of course...this...
