Out of my ten deputy and one sergeant each civil process and prisoner transport section, I would be surprised if four took advantage of it.
A Sheriff’s Office downstate from us sent me their BUG policy.
It is well written and since we have nearly the same core responsibilities (jail, civil, transports, and court security), I will use theirs as the seed for the proposal.
