Room for a speedloader as well. The holster creates enough of a gap that the speedloader nestles right down in it and is no different at all. I did a quick little 2 mile try out today and it was stable and secure enough that I didn't cough anything out.
I just spent about 10 days with this setup on a road trip vacation that included "big city attractions" in Nashville, hours upon hours of driving, hiking in Alabama, and puttering around in Gulf Shores. What I learned:

It's pretty damned easy to conceal in anything I want to wear.

The speedloader setup doesn't work with a larger belt buckle and leather belt, despite working fine with the Graith belt. There's no room with a thicker leather belt and an Lansky Bro's Elivis "TCB" belt buckle. (https://www.lanskybros.com/TCB-Belt--P2083.aspx this buckle, but not that belt. If you're a hillbilly retard like me and are into this sort of thing, they sell the buckle separately and I think it was under $30) I made due with two speed strips when I wasn't wearing the Graith.

It's very comfortable while hiking, walking, eating way too much shrimp, etc. It's reasonably comfortable while seated, but can get uncomfortable if you let your pants fall down a bit as you sit. I got a little fidgety in the driver's seat during a 6-ish hour leg without stopping and managed to work it down too far and had to move it around a bit so it didn't jab me in the leg.

I think @blues was the one who mentioned threading the belt opposite of how one normally would. I tried that so that the tail is on my left side and it was more betterer.

Are you right handed? I am, and I just switched around my Specialist so that the buckle is at about my 2:00 (holster at about 12:30) and the tail is on my right. That way I have all reinforced real estate up front and can unbuckle it without interfering with anything on my left side.

That's a good idea as well. I like this set up since it leaves the gap for the speedloader, though. I'm not sure it would without the buckle but I suppose there's no harm in trying.

He responded. He was a go for the DAO and bobbing the hammer, but said he can’t do the lock for liability reasons.

My experience with the lock has been if I don't screw with it , it don't screw with me.....but I understand the desire to get rid of it........CYA

Hi Newbie, perhaps you can install the lock plug, looks pretty easy.

I didn’t realize Speer was making .32H&R Gold Dots. Do you have a lead on these and what might also make a decent a cost effective practice load to go along with it?
So I finally had a weekend where I was not traveling and I installed the front sight on the LCR. Fit like a glove.

As to how they work, that I don’t know yet. I did not have time to shoot. However they seem to sit a bit higher than the factory ones, and since that was shooting 5’-8’ high with all loads, I need it to be a bit higher and hopefully that’s enough to pull the POI down.

Hosting Tom Givens next week and I will try to run some rounds through the Gun to check for sure.

Thank you for the update. I look forward to the results.

Since I’m thinking about it, I figured I’d pick your brain. I’m currently carrying a 442-1 in an Aholster pocket holster. It’s nice and svelte and works pretty well for me. How does an LCR handle being shoved in your average jeans front pocket? I’ve got a sneaking suspicion that the Hogue Bantam Boot grips might be a requirement, but I’ve no way to test that right now.
